The Laplace R&D team has developed the first high capacity horizontal insert low pressure diffusion oxidation furnace and vertical horizontal insert plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition equipment in the PV manufacturing field. Currently, Laplace has over 260 patents and 56 invention patents, filling a number of gaps in the field of high-efficiency photovoltaic cell manufacturing equipment technology in China, especially in the new generation of core equipment for TOPCon cell.
